We aim to develop a three-dimensional logic and memory circuit using a magnetic skyrmion for sustainable information technology. A skyrmion is known as an information career with the diameter of approximately 10 nm and the critical current density of about 102 A/cm2 for displacement, which can reduce the circuit size and power consumption. It is also expected to be compatible with post-Moore computation, allowing wide applicability. In this project, we focus on the confinement of the skyrmion motion within a circuit.
