研究内容Research Interests
柳 紘平は、2025年12月に廣畑研究室に加わりました.彼は強磁性・半導体ヘテロ構造を用いたスピントランジスタの研究を遂行しています.
Kouhei Yanagi joined the Spintronics and Quantum Nanoelectronics Group in December 2025.
Kouhei focuses on the study of the control of spin-polarised electrons in a ferromagnet/semiconductor hybrid structure for a spin transistor.
